Barefoot & Balanced — Personal Training

For those of you who like to take a more minimalist approach to exercise, I offer training with exercises that require only the use of your own body weight. You won’t even need a pair of sneakers!

A lifelong love of exercise, playing sports, many years of heavy lifting at my jobs, yoga teaching and Ayurvedic consulting provide me with the qualifications and experience necessary to offer you a personal training program that’s safe and effective, as well as designed for your unique constitution.

We focus on strengthening, stretching, toning, cardiovascular fitness, bone density, balance and mental acuity. I strive to keep you engaged so, having fun while exercising is included at no extra charge! 🙂

Class packages expire after 11 weeks. A session is one hour.

1-2 people: $95 / 10 class package: $855
3-4 people: $100 / 10 class package: $900
5-9 people: $110 / 10 class package: $1000
