I’m Diana Bellofatto.

In 2000, I began studying yoga and went on to receive Basic and Professional Level Yoga Teacher certifications, as well as yoga certifications for Eating Disorders, Yoga for the Back & Scoliosis, Professional Yoga Therapy, Ayuryoga (Ayurvedic yoga), and Yoga for Pregnancy.

I went on to study Ayurvedic Cooking with Michele Schulz, a phenomenal Ayurvedic chef, formerly of Dr. Vasant Lad’s Ayurvedic Institute. I also became a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner through the Kripalu School of Ayurveda with teachers such as Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. David Frawley, Dr. Robert Svoboda, Dr. Claudia Welch, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Jay Apte, and others.

And to support my love of running and all things fitness related, I also became a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer.

I love to cook and feed others and I am fascinated by the myriad cultures, cuisines, and languages to which I have been exposed to with thanks to my travel wanderlust!

I have a voracious appetite for learning about yoga and Ayurveda and I’m passionate about sharing the amazing benefits of these sciences with others.

My experience sharing yoga and Ayurveda guided me to develop Quantam Self Care.  After I had been consulting with clients in Ayurveda for a while, I began to see a pattern that made me realize that many of my clients were having a hard time beginning or continuing to adhere to the recommendations that had been provided for them.

For many people, it seemed that receiving their recommendations all at once created overwhelm, which often resulted in them becoming paralyzed and unable to comply.  I also noticed that, without support, it was hard for people to remain motivated.  

And because I am passionate about sharing what I learn and helping others,  I decided I needed to develop this course that would support people through their process of learning about themselves and how the proper mindset, along with the tools of yoga and Ayurveda, could help them achieve their goals; whether they be related to health, fitness, career, relationship, spiritual, or otherwise.

This program is intended to be done over the course of 5 months.  It’s a fully self-paced course – in fact, the very nature of the course is not extreme and is not going to take an inordinate amount of time each day.  Consistency is what is most important, and this program will support you with that.

We can’t answer that. 🙂  The results depend on quite a few variables.  For example, if it’s something mindshift related that you are looking to transform, that could happen immediately.  Weight loss will take a little longer.  It’s all dependent on you.
