When you invest in Quantam Self Care, you receive a program consisting of 11 modules that cover the span of five months.

The program is yours to keep and you can complete it at whatever pace is comfortable for you.
An added benefit of the program is that it can be repeated for continued support throughout your life.

The 11 modules consist of videos, audio recordings, written worksheets, bi-monthly live video conferencing calls with other members of the program and me, and a supportive, inspiring PRIVATE Facebook page that is only available to participants in the program.

MODULE 1: CREATE A VISION FOR YOUR FUTURE

  • Whatever it is that you are suffering from, may have become a part of you
  • In order for transformation to occur, you need to be able to imagine the change
  • People who are successful have a vision for what they want.

MODULE 2: Tracking Daily Routine & Intro To Ayurveda

The Ayurvedic term for daily routine is dinacharya. One of the tenets of  Ayurveda is that successful self care is largely predicated upon one’s adherence to a daily routine that is well balanced. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga. What Chinese Medicine is to China, Ayurveda is to India.

It’s based on diet, lifestyle, yoga, and herbal recommendations geared for your unique constitution.

In this module, you begin to track your daily routine and receive an introduction to Ayurveda.

MODULE 3: The Importance of Mindset and Practicing Ayurveda

I think we can all agree how important positive mindset is to achieving our goals and being well balanced.

In this module we also begin to learn about Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.

MODULE 4: Putting Ayurveda and Mindset Training Into Practice

This is when we put we are learning into practice.

MODULE 5: What’s Cookin’ — Recipes and More

This module should probably read “Recipes & SO much more” because there is so much more to being in the kitchen than following a recipe.

In this module, the intention is to ensure that you become comfortable with nourishing yourself.

MODULE 6: Yoga and Exercise

Of course yoga and exercise are important.

There is a great variety of yoga in the course that I share with you from over 20 years of experience and a type of exercise that is out of the ordinary.

MODULE 7: Mindset Training Part 2

In this module, we further our mindset training to help solidify a strong foundation.

There is more yoga in this module as well.

MODULE 8: Ayurvedic Consultation Intake, Creating Your Affirmation and Yoga To Bolster Your Dedication to Self-Care

In this module, you and I consult on Ayurvedic recommendations specifically geared to your unique constitution.

You’ll be creating your own affirmation and yoga keeps building, all to build a strong fortress from your foundation.

MODULE 9: Implementing Your Ayurvedic Consultation Recommendations and Creating Your Yoga Sequence

You will have received your Ayurvedic consultation recommendations to begin to implement and we’ll be using the matrix of yoga videos in the course to put together a yoga sequence that supports your individual needs.

MODULE 10: Creating Your Own Daily Routine & Staying Connected In The Kitchen

The intention is for the course to guide and support you, while empowering you to feel confident and comfortable in your own self care.

Having a consistent daily routine and being able to nourish yourself well are paramount to achieving and maintaining balance.

In this module, you will also be creating meal plans to support your lifestyle, a list of resources for procuring fresh, nutritious foods, recipes, and more.

Having all of this conveniently on hand helps to ensure your accountability to yourself.

MODULE 11: An Attitude of Gratitude & Lasting Transformation

This is the last module of the course, yet it’s just the beginning for you!

We acknowledge the importance of being grateful and that moving forward can be scary, even when positive shifts are taking place.

This module provides support for moving forward.
