Barefoot & Balanced — Personal Training

For those of you who like to take a more minimalist approach to exercise, I offer training with exercises that require only the use of your own body weight. You won’t even need a pair of sneakers!

A lifelong love of exercise, playing sports, many years of heavy lifting at my jobs, yoga teaching and Ayurvedic consulting provide me with the qualifications and experience necessary to offer you a personal training program that’s safe and effective, as well as designed for your unique constitution.

We focus on strengthening, stretching, toning, cardiovascular fitness, bone density, balance and mental acuity. I strive to keep you engaged so, having fun while exercising is included at no extra charge! 🙂

All ages and populations benefit from personal training.

Refer a friend for any service and you receive a $25 credit toward any service!


Packages expire after you use up your 10 sessions or 12 weeks have passed from the date of your first session; whichever comes first. A session is one hour.

1-2 people —
1 session: $100
Package of 10 sessions: $900

3 people —
1 session: $115
Package of $10 sessions: $1,035

4 people —
1 session: $120
Package of 10 sessions: $1,080

5 people —
$25 per person
