Barefoot & Balanced — Personal Training
For those of you who like to take a more minimalist approach to exercise, I oﬀer training with exercises that require only the use of your own body weight. You won’t even need a pair of sneakers!
A lifelong love of exercise, playing sports, many years of heavy lifting at my jobs, yoga teaching and Ayurvedic consulting provide me with the qualiﬁcations and experience necessary to oﬀer you a personal training program that’s safe and effective, as well as designed for your unique constitution.
We focus on strengthening, stretching, toning, cardiovascular ﬁtness, bone density, balance and mental acuity. I strive to keep you engaged so, having fun while exercising is included at no extra charge! 🙂

Packages expire after you use up your 10 sessions or 12 weeks have passed from the date of your ﬁrst session; whichever comes ﬁrst. A session is one hour.
